1.General Agreement

By using our marketplace services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our platform facilitates the sale of OSRS gold, accounts, items, and services through trusted, pre-approved sellers only.

2.Order Process & Payments

Payment terms and order processing guidelines:

• All orders require full payment upfront before processing begins.
• Payments are only processed in a ticket and are only accepted by market staff. Anyone else trying to DM you to take a payment is trying to scam you.
• After payment, we will connect you with the delivery team in the initial ticket.
• All payments are final and non-refundable once the order is placed unless the order is cancelled by the seller.
• We are NOT responsible for payments sent to imposters. Always verify through official tickets.

3.Marketplace Services

Our platform facilitates the sale of OSRS gold, accounts, items, and services through trusted, approved sellers only.

• Account Sales: Delivery via secure transfer methods between parties.
• Gold/Item Sales: Delivery via in-game trade or secure transfer methods.
• Item Sales: Delivery via secure transfer methods.
• Services: We facilitate secure transactions between parties.
• Market Verification: All markets listed on our platform are verified and maintain at least $300+ donor on Sythe and vouches, ensuring trustworthiness and reliability.

4.Risk & Liability

Important liability and risk information:

• We are NOT liable for any bans, mutes, or in-game penalties during or after service.
• We are NOT liable for accidental stat gains (attack/defense levels, etc.).
• For HCIM/UIM accounts: Services are performed at YOUR OWN RISK.
• For account sales: all sales are FINAL with no refunds. However, markets maintain a 14 day liability for major undisclosed issues/recoveries.
• For gold/items: We ensure delivery as described but take no responsibility for post-delivery penalties.
• For account services: Make sure to change your password, bank pin and check all linked accounts after any service completion.

5.Delivery & Completion

Delivery times vary by product/service and will be communicated via ticket and updates will be provided through the ticket system.

6.Prohibited Actions

Scamming, impersonating staff, or platform abuse will result in immediate termination. Reselling our services/products without authorization is prohibited.

7.Gold Trading - Order Processing & Payment

How Order Processing Works: After you create a ticket for a gold buy or sell order, you will need to send the payment directly to us and after that we will connect you with the buyer/seller to finalize the order.

8.Gold Trading - Account Ban Risk & Finality

Important information about gold trading risks:

• Precautionary Measures: All markets take necessary precautions while trading gold with you to minimize risks.
• Ban Risk Acknowledgment: Please be aware that gold buying or selling transactions may result in an account ban. This rarely happens but still it's a risk associated with gold trading in Old School RuneScape.

9.Terms Updates

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review them before each transaction. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
